I want to get in a better habit of documenting my workouts, though I'm a day late in posting yesterday's all-in-one workout, done early at LA Fitness in yards:
There was nothing dramatic or too notable except that I'm aiming to start my preparation for the MEMO 400 Kick For Time, which is held annually in December. I was 5:55.20 in December 2021, but my best time ever was 5:35.77 from December 2020 ... and I'd like to top that this year and see if I could get under 5:30.
